Hello friends and family! This week we started our work at the Tuberculosis Hospital and we have already fallen in love with every child there. We have been telling bible stories, playing games, and doing crafts. The center has a bunch of characters that are just crazy little kids to be around, but that is one of the reasons why we love them so much! Today we went on a boat ride with them and they were all so excited and mesmerized at the water and the boat. They loved it so much and it was so much fun experiencing that with them. It was amazing to see how much love the director of the hospital has for the kids, she wants them to enjoy life, which is refreshing to see. God is doing a lot at that center and we are so happy to be apart of it.
We also have still been going to the older and younger transit centers. The kids there are either orphaned or are not allowed to go home because of family problems. This is heart breaking to see, it’s difficult to get to know the kids there because they do not open up as easily as other kids. But God is also working slowly but surely there as well and we have made great relationships and have been given opportunities to tell them about God’s love. Novgorod has been amazing but we are headed back to St. Petersburg for just a weekend to spend time with the cook from camp and her daughter on her birthday weekend! Thank you so much for all your love,prayers and support! We miss you all! Please keep praying for the children, God’s love to be shown, and that we can be healthy. Thanks again!
